This PDF is an ‘improv instruction quilt pattern,’ designed to take you on a journey of self reflection about feminine energy, as you make a quilt that is uniquely yours, while also visually connected to the other quilts made with this pattern.

It is intended to be made with visible hand piecing, but you can make any adaptations that feel right to you.
