Quilted around a repurposed glass bottle, my vases are an environmentally-friendly way to use my batting scraps from binding my quilts. They grew out of my work during my artist’s residency with the Artservancy. Decorative and scultptural, they can also hold water and a single-stem flower.

This vase is named for my friend Ali, who runs The Makerie, and with whom I taught I virtual workshop on this technique.
